| requirement. |
![]() | Dress: With the Critz Technique™ sessions are fully clothed. It is suggested | |
| that clients wear stretchable clothing such as sweat pants, shorts, or bicycle shorts for bottoms. Women should also wear a tank top, sports bra, or bathing suit top. For relaxation, sports, and therapeutic massage clients undress to their own level of comfort and will be properly draped at all times. Chair massage is typically a come as you are session. |

| remember to drink plenty of water the day before your session and directly afterwards. Eating a meal before your scheduled massage is not suggested. |
